Product Description
Get Sleep Back On Your Side.
Join our fitness movement to make sleep a conscious part of healthy living. Our company grew out of the realization that changing the positions people sleep in can improve the way they feel all day. If you do something for eight hours a night, it’s going to have an impact. The iSleepFit Sleep Positioner Belt helps you maintain your desired sleep position, optimizing the time you sleep and improving the way you feel. The patent-pending iSleepFit balls act as bumpers that will stop you from rolling over by causing gentle discomfort that guides you back to your desired position. Poor sleeping habits can lead to all sorts of problems, from back pain to snoring to numbness and even wrinkles, but how do you change what you do when you’re not even awake? We designed our first product to help retrain your body to stay in your desired sleep position.
A natural solution for Sleep Position Therapy!Users can wear it anywhere between the chest and hips, and it is friendly for men and women. One size fits most; the belt is adjustable up to 52″, and balls are removable to use on a personal belt.Buckle closure versus Velcro to prevent subconscious removal – no need to worry about Velcro damaging your sheets.Position balls to the sides for back sleeping; the doctor-recommended position for neck, shoulder, and back pain also prevents face and chest wrinkles.Position balls to the back for side sleeping; doctor-recommended position for pregnancy and to reduce acid reflux, positional-related snoring, and sleep-disordered breathing.
Get Started.
For recommended sleep position and ball placement, refer to our video and images.
1. Open the buckle and place the 52″ belt around your mid-section between your chest and hips. The iSleepFit Posture Belt is one-size-fits-most. Users requiring a smaller size can cut the belt to fit; heating the end will prevent fraying. Balls are removable for larger users to use on a personal belt.
2. For SIDE sleeping, secure the buckle in front of your stomach and loosen each ball by slightly turning the top half in the opposite direction of the bottom half. Slide two of the balls to your back, positioning them to the sides of your spinal column to prevent discomfort while rolling, and close the ball in the opposite direction. Leave the third ball next to the buckle to prevent stomach sleeping, or move it to the back to avoid obstruction when switching sides.
3. For BACK sleeping, secure the buckle in front of your stomach and loosen each ball by slightly turning the top half in the opposite direction of the bottom half. Slide one ball to your right side and close the ball in the opposite direction. Move the next ball to your left side and tighten. Leave the third ball next to the buckle to prevent stomach sleeping.
4. Your iSleepFit Positioner Belt is now ready to train you to sleep in your ideal position. Our new buckle design prevents the balls from sliding off the belt. However, if a ball comes apart, realign the belt in the opening, snap the two halves back together, and twist to secure.
How It Works.
The one-size-fits-most 52” adjustable belt goes around your midsection, anywhere from chest to hips. Try different locations depending on your body type. Tighten the belt to prevent movement. The elastic belt material will allow for breathing comfort while keeping the belt in place. The buckle and balls are located on your non-sleeping sides to act as bumpers by causing slight discomfort to guide you back to your optimal sleep position. Ball placement can be adjusted by simply turning the top half of the ball in the opposite direction of the bottom half, sliding the ball along the belt, then turning the ball back into the secured position. To prevent pain, we recommend not positioning the ball on your spine but off to both sides. Use the iSleepFit Posture Belt consistently for 30 days. Once you’ve created a new habit, try sleeping without the belt. If your poor habit returns, try using the belt again for 30 days. Most habits only take 30-60 days to develop. Watch the video for additional instructions.
What’s the Healthiest Sleep Position?
It depends on your health issues. The iSleepFit Posture Belt is the only adult sleep positioner that trains you to sleep in any position. Research shows that for those with sleep-positional breathing issues, SIDE SLEEPING can eliminate snoring by keeping the airway open. BACK SLEEPING is recommended for those suffering from pain and even wrinkles by helping keep your body aligned and letting gravity help. While pregnant, LEFT-SIDE SLEEPING aids in the delivery of blood and nutrients to the baby’s placenta. It also eases the symptoms of GERD by keeping the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) above your gastric contents, making it more challenging for reflux to occur. Although STOMACH SLEEPING can wreak havoc on most, it may help those with a herniated disk. Ask your doctor about the ideal sleep position for your health needs. Try each position for. a few nights to discover which provides the best results. Remember, it might take time to notice benefits and break bad sleep habits.
